Ensuring the Best Experience

At Chloe's Nails & Beauty, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

Clients are kindly requested to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies and/or pregnancy, as this may have an effect on your treatment. If a client has a serious medical condition, we reserve the right to refuse or recommend an alternative service or treatment to you. This is not only for your safety but also other clients and liability for the store.

We do not give REFUNDS/EXCHANGES for any services performed or gift vouchers unless:

  • Where we are required to under law, or

  • We agree that the result does not meet our standards, or

  • We agree that the refund request is GENUINE and reasonable

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak to the manager immediately/before you leave the store. We will do our best to resolve the situation.

If we are unable to resolve your concerns for any other reason, We, Chloe’s Nails and Client will both agree that a refund is in order and that all nail enhancements/colour must be taken off before processing the refund.

Please choose your options of colour/nail enhancement/length carefully as we cannot be held responsible if you simply change your mind/don’t like the outcome. If you wish to change the colour/length etc., you will be charged full price for the extra service and time this would take us.

If there is a problem. (e.g., broken nail, chipping, discoloured polish) with the nail enhancements/treatment, you must inform us in person, within 3 days of initial treatment. If we agree that the problem was caused on our end, we will rectify the situation with no extra charge. If it is deemed that the client is at fault, or informs us after 3 days, then the client is liable for any charges incurred.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times. As we are a nail salon, there are many chemicals in constant use. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss in the salon.

We have the right to refuse service. We treat all our clients with the utmost respect and we expect the same in return.
